ORIGIN AND PROPERTIES OF THE INGREDIENTS:
Carnauba wax, shellac wax and Japan wax are the caring and surface protecting substances of this
mopping fluid.
Carnauba wax is derived from the leaves of a plant native to South America, the carnauba palm.
Shellac is obtained from the secretion of the lac insect.
Japan wax, which is obtained by decocting the berries of sumacs, protects the surface against dehydration.
It is weaker than carnauba and shellac wax.
Sugar surfactants made from starch and coconut oil, potash and corn oil soap help to finely emulsify the waxes in the mopping fluid and to disperse them in the water.

SPECIAL PRODUCT FEATURES:
Free from petrochemical solvents, brighteners, emulsifiers and preservatives. Free from silicone oils.
Completely biodegradable.

ECOLOGY:
BIODEGRADABILITY:
CARNAUBA WAX, SHELLAC WAX and JAPAN WAX are natural waxes which are biodegradable. SOAP from corn oil has like all vegetable soaps the property of forming a compound immediately after use with the lime which is always present in waste water. In this way, the soap neutralizes its own surfactant effect (primary degradation). The calcium soap is then 100% degraded by microorganisms to carbon dioxide and water (secondary degradation).
In the manufacturing process of SUGAR SURFACTANT, constituents are taken from the plant-based raw materials starch, sugar and fat; however, they completely retain their natural structure. It is therefore relatively easy for microorganisms to 100% decompose these surfactants. SOAP and SUGAR SURFACTANTS are classified as readily biodegradable according to OECD.
