APPLICATION / DOSAGE:
For a 4.5 kg washing machine:
Add SONETT SOFTENER to the detergent dispenser drawer of the washing machine. 
Fill SONETT WASHING Liquid in the measuring ball and add it directly into the drum baffle.

ORIGIN AND PROPERTIES OF THE INGREDIENTS:
ZEOLITE A (sodium aluminium silicate), the main constituent of the softener, is manufactured from two easy to come by raw materials, sodium silicate and sodium aluminate. According to the ion-exchanger principle, this silicate traps the calcium and magnesium ions responsible for hard water and thus creates soft water for washing with soapy detergents.  SODIUM CARBONATE (SODA), manufactured from lime and common salt, undergoes a chemical reaction with the lime in the water and thus removes one of the causes of hardness from the washing water. CITRATE, the salt of citric acid, which is obtained from the fermentation of sugar-containing byproducts such as molasses, forms compounds with calcium and magnesium ions, especially at lower temperatures.


SPECIAL PRODUCT FEATURE:
 The separate doses of the softener, adjusted to the local water hardness, guarantee the optimal use of the applied detergent quantity. Even in the softener, we restrict ourselves, as for our detergents, to the bare minimum required and justifiable ingredients, and abstain from using fillers, phosphates and other softening substances made from crude oil products like NTA (nitrilo-triacetic acid) and EDTA (ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid).

ZEOLITE A is a water-insoluble mineral similar to sand, which is deposited as a solid in sludge without further degradation. SODIUM CARBONATE, also a mineral by nature, does not need to be degraded further. CITRIC ACID, being an organic substance, is completely degraded into carbohydrate and water within 2-3 days.
